Inspired from the sound of classic studio optical compressor LA-2A now in a small pedal!

This pedal uses ultra rare & high quality optocoupler to control the gain of incoming signal for compression. With tons of sustain & natural dynamics you will never disengage this pedal once experienced. Works like a charm on Bass too.

The control circuit is such that when a loud signal is present the gain reduces and when the weak signal come along the gain increases and hence compression happens. This is an optical comp, with the smooth tone and action usually associated with optical. It does not lose any highs or lows, and has a relatively flat EQ profile.

The pedal has very robust and easy to use two control elements, one knob for Level & one for Compression.

Engage the pedal and your notes will come out like studio even on stage.

The pedal utilizes ultra-high quality optocoupler and very low noise semiconductor components housed in a bomb-proof powder-coated  Cast Aluminum Enclosure.
Stress test of continuous running at max settings for 72 hours is done to ensure reliability.

Bass Player

I play bass guitar and I use fender jazz for live and recording. I really wanted a compressor pedal for a long time but the one I liked was too costly or not available in India. I came across InsigniaHiFi and had the first-hand experience in trying out in their lab on 50W Tube Amp. The tone was very smooth, clean & transparent, although it does seem to add a nice “thickness” to the mids. There is no loss of lows, and the low end sounds big and full. Thank you for the pedal and making it available reasonable for us. Waiting for next bass pedal! Cheers!
