| Description | The 6SF5 is a high gain triode designed for RC coupled voltage amplifier use in audio equipment, especially vehicle battery powered sets. The 12SF5 differs only in heater rating. The 12SF5 is the same valve but equipped with a 12.6 Volt heater.The reverse of the metal tube envelope carries the Raytheon logo.As with most valves the usage is to a limited set of licence conditions. Basically you can use it but do not use it as a template for making copies. |
